What is Bach Flower Therapy and how is it relevant to skin care wellness?

 

Bach Flower Therapy is a therapeutic & natural healing system using ‘Flower Essences’, created by Dr. Edward Bach, a doctor who studied both traditional medicine and homeopathy in the 1930’s.  Flower essences are liquid, plant preparations made from the fresh flower blossoms of a plant that imprint water with their energetic patterning.  They are used to address the emotional and behavioral issues that may be affecting the overall wellness of a person.   Dr. Bach discovered 38 flower essences, and each one works on a vibrational level to address the associated flaw which can be destructive to health if not balanced properly.  Dr. Bach’s motto was “Don’t fight it, transform it.”  Like Alchemy, they work to transmute unhealthy patterns into healthy patterns.   Since they work on an energetic level, opposed to a biochemical level,  there are no side effects or contraindications. 

 

How is this relevant to skin care wellness?

Studies have proven that emotional imbalance can manifest as physical imbalance.  Stress for example, releases a hormone called Cortisol, which can be destructive to both the skin and whole body if imbalanced.  Flower essences work to fix the emotional imbalances which cause the skin & body imbalances, leading to overall wellness.

 

 

Over the last year I have extensively studied Bach Flower Therapy, and am looking forward to becoming a practitioner in the future.  For the time being, since I am very passionate about this healing system,  I am able to offer a Bach Flower Therapy evaluation as an add-on service to your skin care wellness consultation.

I will send you a Bach Flower Therapy Evaluation that I have thoroughly created myself to address your emotional wellbeing and behavioral patterns.  Once you have filled out the evaluation, a 20 minute follow up call is scheduled to go over your answers, so I can chose the best remedies for you based on my knowledge and experience, and I will then email you instructions.  Upon request, as an additional service I can create a customized Bach blend for you - this is easier in-house so I can adjust your blend as needed.
